Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests for VPNKiss subscriptions are handled. Submit requests through the user panel; order verification and updates are managed through support tickets.

Request Window and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The request window starts when your account's first payment is successfully completed. The payment time and amount are verified against available order and payment records. You do not need to prove that the service has a fault or complete connection troubleshooting before submitting a request.

When requesting a refund, identify the order you want refunded. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are verified against their respective orders. If your account has renewals, upgrades, or multiple payments, list each one separately; the first-payment window does not restart with every payment. For requests submitted within the window, the time required for subsequent verification does not change the submission date.

Eligibility and Disputed Payments

You may request a refund within the window above if you stop using the service because of changes in your usage habits, device setup, route experience, or personal plans. Sharing a reason can help improve the service, but it is not a prerequisite for a refund for any reason. Data packages do not expire; this describes the validity of the data, not an unlimited refund request window.

Orders outside the request window are not covered by the policy's refund-for-any-reason commitment. Unpaid orders have no amount to refund, and the same payment cannot be refunded twice. For cases involving used data or suspected excessive use, order and usage records will be reviewed. This policy sets no additional data deduction threshold and does not reduce a full refund to a usage-based charge on the grounds of normal data use.

If an account is suspected of violating the terms of service, or an order involves unauthorized use, an unusual payment, or a repeated dispute, account activity and payment ownership will be reviewed separately. An account restriction does not determine the refund outcome. The decision should state its basis; an account restriction alone does not mean that a completed payment is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and request a refund with your order number, payment method, payment time, and amount. No email address is required for an account; you can create one with a username and password. You also do not need to provide an email address for refund communications.

If payment succeeded but the order status is incorrect, you can add proof of payment or transaction reference details. Please redact personal information unrelated to the order from screenshots. Do not submit your account password, payment password, wallet recovery phrase, or private key. Any additional materials requested during verification should relate to order ownership and payment records.

Add information to the original ticket and check for updates to avoid scattering details across duplicate requests. If you cannot sign in, use the account help option on the login page first. Do not publicly share complete payment records through an unrelated account.

Refund Methods and Payment Differences

Refunds are generally sent through the original payment method and verified against the amount actually paid. Alipay and WeChat refunds will use the return path associated with the original transaction where possible. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, explain why in a support ticket and confirm the next steps; refunds are not automatically converted to account credit.

USDT refunds are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat because an on-chain transfer cannot be treated as a transaction that can simply be reversed. Before a refund, the original transaction record, network, and receiving address must be checked, and the workable method confirmed in a support ticket. Do not change a receiving address based solely on an unfamiliar message. Any details about network fees or currency calculations should be explained before processing; no unpublished fee deductions are assumed.

Refund Status and Follow-Up

Request submission, verification, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on the payment provider's processing, the original transaction status, and any required document checks. This policy does not guarantee a standard arrival time. After receiving a refund initiation notice, also check the transaction history of the original payment account.

If the refund has not arrived, explain the situation in the original ticket so the service team can check the refund status or available reference details. You do not need to make another payment to release a refund. Once a refund is completed, the benefits associated with the corresponding order will be adjusted accordingly. If you have questions about the amount or outcome, follow up through the original ticket and review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
